Problem

I have an Athlon XP2200+ cpu. When i start my computer up, it says I have a Athlon 1500 cpu. If i go into the the bios and set it to 133/133mhz, which is what it should be, it reloads, and works fine. But, if i restart my pc, its back to 100/100mhz [1500].

Any clues?
