Im trying to set up my friends new microphone for him which currently isnt working. A few weeks back, I had the same issue and it was solved by deactivating "Front Panel Microphone" in the Advanced Microphone settings in the volume control place. So when I tried to do this for him, the option to acess advanced options is grayed out. Is there a way to fix this or could it be his computer?
