Problem with bootable linux distro

Okay, I have a linux bootable CD called "Cool Linux CD", and it's based on RedHat 6. I can get it to boot up fine and dandy, but when I start, I get the console and no GUI. I tried typing "xstart" but it didn't do anything. Any sugestions?

I have never heard of this distro. Where exactly did you get it?

The window manager is IceWM if that helps.

Are you sure you don't want to be typing "startx" as opposed to "xstart"?

Okay, I got it working now, except there's no internet. Does anyone know how to manually configure a USB DSL modem in Linux? It's SBC Yahoo! DSL. Thanks
