When i print it skips a page it will print my document the print a blank page why does it do that?

...your printer might be broken?... what model is it?
Try to fiddle with the settings a lot.
give it a stern talking-to.
try reinstalling the driver

Before you print look at your document for another page added onto the bottom... that sometimes happens for me
