I have a canon mf3110 installed on a standalone machine. The printer is shared and set up for network printing.
There is a few people printing to this printer over the network, they print e-mails, documents the usual things but the problem comes, just randomly it wont print it would come up with an error on the printer : "check paper size". This happens about 4 - 5 times a day it doesnt always happen just randomly. We have to switch off the printer turn it back on then it prints the same document with no problems.
Ive checked on the printer the paper size is set the same to the computers that use it to print, with e-mails, documents the whole nine yards. Like i said its a stand alone pc, no one uses it so no one can mess up any software or plugs flash drives into it.
Any help, hints or advice would be much appreciated
