Printer Help

Hey guys.

I have an HP Laserjet 5100tn, and it isn't letting me print out of tray 3 (there are 4 trays).

Does anyone know how to fix that?

Under the settings it says "Tray 3: Not Available."

Might sound daft, but i think its an optional extra, so have you actually bought it?
