The second one has a faster memory clock by about 120 MHz.

pny is crap

the leadtek one is the regular 6600gt but it is made "extreme" because it's overclocked 50/120

save 40 bux and get the regualr 6600gt by eVGA or leadtek

I am not buying it... I was just wondering why the Leadtek is just as cheap as the PNY, but it is better.
