Presario 2500 LCD problem

I just replaced the LCD on my Presario 2500 laptop and now the display flutters and rolls so bad I can't read it. I understand that when you swap out an LCD you have to run a service utilities disc, however, I can't find the utilities disc and I can't even read the screen to get into the Bios to do the update if I had the disc. Anyone have any suggestions?

You need the service utilities disc

And guess what only a professional can do that. they wont let you download it

I have a PC with a floppy disc drive, and found a sight to download the utilities but it kept giving me and error message and would not let me download. I guess I will be spending more cash now. Thank you for the reply.
