Power Supply

Ok, I got a new PSU about 2 months ago. It's great, powerful, does everything I want it to and more. The only problem is that it's way too loud, even under normal load. I want a new one but I don't know what to do with the one I have now, am I still able to return it or exchange it or something? I could sell it, but I doubt I would get enough money for a new PSU (I have $80 to spare but I would prefer to save it). What should I do? Also, help me find a new one to get, I don't need too much power, 650W is fine.

well it's already been 2 months so I doubt you can just send it back and get your money back too. So I'd just sell it on ebay, a decent amount of money is better than having a psu sitting around gathering dust in the corner.
