Power supply issue

Hey people. I think I have power supply problem. Well its a Antec Truepower Trio 430w. I think i installed it upside down haha. The fan that is on top of the power supply is like facing towards the top of the computer case and it sounds loud. Or is this right? Should the fan be facing the bottom? First time installing a power supply so feedback would greatly be appreciated.

They usually are facing the bottom if you have a normal ATX case.
