power supply issue

hello guys. i have been using power supply to run a dc air cooler but yesteday it suddenly (looks like) lowered output and cooler runs now at a slower speed. i replaced power supply and it look sfine which means problem is power supply not the cooler. any idea how can i repair it.

Usually not recommended to disassemble/attempt repairs on a PSU yourself if you're not experienced with electronics, as PSU's contain capacitors (which still retain stored electricity for some time), that are able to badly hurt or even kill you if discharged incorrectly.
