Alright, so I'm very new to the computer world when it comes to actually knowing what's going on, but after a little research, I decided that I wanted to build my own machine for gaming and graphical software. This is the build I came up with:
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Case- In Win Dragon Rider ($150) (22.8x9.4x21.9)
PSU- CMPSU-750TX ($110)
Motherboard - ASUS M5A88-V EVO ($130)
CPU- AMD Phenom II X6 1100T ($200)
Memory- G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL ($85)
Video Card- XFX HD-697A-CNDC ($380)
Storage- Western Digital WD5002AALX ($60)
Optical Drive- DRW-24BIST/BLK/B/AS ($20)
Sony BD-5300S-OB ($100)
Total Price- $1,235/$1,500
Are there any red flags? Any suggestions as to what I should do are highly appreciated and I have a $1,500 spending limit. Oh, and all prices were taken off of newegg.com. Thanks very much
