popups possible malware

I been getting these popups for antivirus and other stupid crap from pages like ebay and other legit pages recently
but I scanned my system multiple times with windows antivirus then Malwarebytes and also spybot.
none of them find anything
a lot of them are creating message popups which is annoying

What browser? Check your browser add-ons/extensions to make sure there's nothing hidden there.

I don't see anything there
it just started happening after I visited some not very legit page and it popped up for first time. since then I'v been seeing those popups often but none of the scanners picks it up..

I used to be good at this crap but forgot what to do and where to look since I haven't had to deal with any of it for a while.

I don't know
nothing picks it up but I get redirects from pages like ebay and home yheather forums
