Pop-up ad, can't find to delete?

Have you tried disabling the messenger service? Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. Scroll down to Messenger, right click it and select Properties. Under Startup type select Disabled and under Service status click the Stop button. Click Apply > OK.

Just run ccleaner thats what i used to get it first use the delete cookies,then the registry section,it will show up,then tell it to delete ,thats it and yes it puts a little entry in the registry where you can delete the file all day long and it will come back if you dont get it all.anyway this worked for me on this same problem.JMHO>Marvin
