kevin, just pop that enclosure off and let me know if it's sata or IDE and I'll find a good one on the egg for you, unless you're comfortable finding one yourself.
on the drive it says SATA 3.0 gb/s and rpm 7200, rated 5v 360ma 12v 670ma.
i bought this one, that should work, right?
also, how do i know if my old power cord will work with this new enclosure or not?
I wouldn't think you need a power cord. Just insert the drive, and connect it to your comp using the included USB cable. The USB connection should supply it with the power it needs to run.
