Okay so I would like go start playing WoW with maximum graphical settings, and I'm not sure what Internet speed I would need to have?

Just basic cable speed would work unless your on dial up network then you wont be having any problems. Also make sure your system meets the right requirements if not you wont enjoy the game to the fullest.
