Planning on water cooling

Hey everyone i am planning / buying all of my water cooling parts and just checking how can this radiator fit both 2x 140mm fans or 120mm fans?

It look like it only fits one size fan but I dont see where it say what size fan

also what would be a better fan for push on a 120mm radiator and a 240mm radiator, a Bitfenix Specter pro 120mm fan or the Corsair sp 120mm fans. Would this also be enough to cool one gtx 670 card and a intel core i5 3570k ( planning to overclock cpu when done, might add another gtx 670 later on ).
The computer case that i have is a Corsair 650D and mother board is Asrock Extreme 4 ( just to let you know about clearence issues, How thick should my radiator be aswell

I like the Delta fans

sorry but i want this to be as silent as possible
