It has got to be fake. I can't imagine the spars would just break off evenly like that and I don't know that the landing gear wouldn't sustain damage from that bounce. Plus, the video looks really silly. I wouldn't question that something like this would be possible under the right conditions. If the elevators have a good range of deflection he definitely use that and the rudder to counter act some of the moment from the lift of the wing. Also would depend on the CG of the plane. Most are at quarter chord, but if this one is aft then it probably is more likely that he could pull of that maneuver.
