So basically the purpose of this thread is to teach you how to make a simple, cool looking gradient, to be used as a wallpaper or something.
Heres how to do it.
First, Launch photoshop, and make a new project.
If you want to make a desktop pattern then set the size as your resolution.
Make sure it is on a white background.
Then select the gradient button in your toolbox, which looks like this:
Then simply drag your cursor across the white page, and TADA!
Here is the final product:
Note: You can also change the style of the gradient by clicking the boxes in red...
