Hey, Well my brother one day brought home two 2 HDD 82/17 Mp3s. His Mp3 works fine I tryed to charge mine. At first it didn't start at all so I left it charging on my PS3 all night and in the morning it was showing a screen with a plug and outlet and the battery is empty. Also when I plug the USB in with the MP3 my laptop Dell Xps Gen 2 doesn't recognize the one that was given to me but it does recognize my brothers? Also my brother said he got the MP3s from his friends so I don't have none of the software but I was still able to put songs on it. Well I was just wondering if anyone knows a solution for my problem. Thanks.
