Hi, I have an acer aspire 3003wlci notebook 1.8ghz sempron, 896 mb of ram, and integrated SiS mirage 2 graphics with 128 vram

I know my graphics card is integrated on my motherboard, so i believe i cant get an AGP card, but i was wonder if i can get a PCI graphics card instead. I;m not sure if my chassis supports the PCI slot, and im not sure to find out, but i did take pictures of what looks like the slot. Can anybody tell me if this is a PCI slot, and if i can put a new PCI graphics card in it, thanks.
BTW, the pictures are of low quality and are blurry sorry about that.

can't tell from those pics really, pci slots are white, as long as you have one open you'll be able to put a card in it.

wait....you have a notebook or a desktop....just to clarify that.

I dont think you can get a different video card for a laptop. I could be wrong. I have never seen one.

you can, but laptop cards are different, and you have to take the laptop all apart and you have to really know what you are doing, but nonetheless, you can change a laptop vid card.

So u want to change a vid card for a notebook?

As already said it's possible but u need to know exactly what u are doing. And I gues that the vid cards for notebooks are quite expensive.
