PCI-Epress and Laptops

Does any one know if a PCI-Epress Video capture card would work with a Dell laptop?

I beileve that ALL laptops use onboard video...so you would have to a get a new mother board....not fun!

some of them have pcie 16x slots, but you knoe laptop ram slots those weird slots.. pcie 16x is like that on a laptop. So its upgradable. But one problem is the heat.

Well, slots I dont beleive. But, if you mean upgrading, then yes its possible.

With a laptop, you're limited to USB and PCMCIA. Some have special AGP/PCIe slots inside, but cards would be incredibly expensive and there aren't any just capturecard upgrades for them

Laptops don't use PCI Express at all..
They use PCMCIA Slots.

You'd have to get a USB one, the last one Jamxx suggested looks good. Or you could get it for a Desktop instead?
