OP OP ikonix360 Daemon Poster Messages 640 Location United States Apr 6, 2021 #143 I know that, but per my example lightening didn't even hit the house only probably close and I lost two ethernet ports. However the router is fine. Maybe coincidence it happened at that time.

TechnoChicken Professional Amature Messages 662 Location Orbiting Jupiter Apr 6, 2021 #147 does that cooler just kind of use ambient cooling or what is happening there?
OP OP ikonix360 Daemon Poster Messages 640 Location United States Apr 6, 2021 #148 The basic one may be that cheap, but I've seen the higher end versions go for $600+ https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Gaming-GTX-1650-Super/dp/B081R2KRCZ The CPU heatsink is 2" X 2" It has a 40MM fan on it. Removed that to get a better photo of the heatsink. Unfortunately the RAM is very close to the CPU so it limits the heatsink size.

OP OP ikonix360 Daemon Poster Messages 640 Location United States Apr 6, 2021 #150 Maybe so. Unfortunately in a brief search the heatsink I currently have is all I could find that is 2" X 2". https://www.frozencpu.com/products/...C09FC_-_Socket_BGA479PGA478.html?tl=g40c14s49 I could try the 60mm to 40mm fan adapter I linked earlier and get a good 60mm fan.
