If I buy a dual-band wireless router do I have to then purchase a special dual-band PCI-E card?
Everyone on my block is using wireless in the 2.4GHz range on every channel and I think my bandwidth is lacking due to the interference. I want to switch to 5GHz since nobody is there yet. I checked using inSSIDer.
Can I just buy the router or do I need to buy the receiver too? Also, is there anything better than PCI cards?
