PCi board 2 video cards SLi mode 16x 16x each?

Someone tell me how newegg's summary shows me that the motherboard im looking for has Sli mode on it for 2 video cards at 16x each (not 8x and 8x).

Because PCI EX is x16. And Agp is 4x/8x. So their sli is 2x PCI EX x16 slots. And you cant sli agp cards.
