Hi, i need an expert or someone relativly knowledgable in parts and their capabilities, the parts are as follows;

Radeon rx6600 Ryzen 5 5600x 32gb of ddr4 ram (4×8gb) Tuf gaming b550 plus -wifi II Msi 650w psu Ionz ge336f pc case Thermalright ae360 v3

All i want to know if is if these parts can perform well, if they are all compatible, and if it can run vr well enough (60fps+), wether or not it will run apex cod fortnite and other games at tolerable levels of graphics, and if not what i can do to switch things up within a 600-800£ budget!

Thanks

1) yes
2) VR is not my thing, so I don't have a clue
3) it should
4) other than this all being previous gen tech, the only weak spots I see are your PSU and GPU. Since you are in the UK I will look on Scan for pricing. That said, you can get a 750W Seasonic Forcus GX for 110 and a Gigabyte RX 7900 GRE for 520. Beyond this your CPU will be the weakest link, but not something you would have to worry about for now.

Anyway, that's my two pence. ;)

Feel free to recoomend parts

There is a web site called PC Part picker, it should help you with finding compatible parts and best prices for the U.K.
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/
Of course there are peeps that can help you with the better quality name brands! When you buy really cheap pc parts....you just might end up with cheap parts. Best to get recommendations from others from here

Does newegg.com ship to your location? If it does you can just go to it and use the site GUI menu's and then for your price range sort by most reviews and then depending on how you like those results you can go with that or do your own independent research on it. like overlockers club, toms's hardware and hard forum.

I'm late to the party, but negative on VR. You'll get away with some lower fidelity type stuff but you won't be playing any hardcore VR titles that are graphically demanding.

Does Amazon sell computer parts now?? Does tigerdirect.com still exist??

Sorry I just woke up.
Tiger direct died almost 5 yrs ago.
Amazon sells any and everything you could possibly think of including pc parts.
I used to use Newegg years ago but since then I tend to use Amazon for things like SSD's and other drives/parts. I can get an NVME drive same day or next day for free ship with an Amazon prime account, and at a very compatible price compared locally.
