if all the sides were intake and only 1 was exhaust it'd be way too much of an intake to exhaust ratio.....then the air would essentially have to 'wait' to be exited out......he needs more of an even flow that's why I say right panel, top and front are intakes and front panel, bottom and back are exhaust.....that way the air might tend to go in one direction.
 
just a few 120mmx38mm fans is all you need to move alot of air in a case. My system has so much air goin through it, the dust doesnt even have time to settle
 
Yeah, he needs to work from one corner to the other. He needs to pick a corner and make the walls touching that corner intake, and the walls touching the exact opposite corner exhaust. Right now he has the front AND the back blowing at each other... why!? He also has the top and bottom blowing away from each other.
