I'm looking to buy a new computer this week but am not sure exactly what to go for. I had been tempted by these two computers, but have since been advised not to go for them because of the 5400rpm hard drive speed and poor graphics cards:

Basically I want a PC that can do a bit of everything and won't be completely out of a date a year or two from now. I'm not looking to play top end games, but I will be using it to play Football Manager which I'll want to run fast and smooth, I'll be using it for Photoshop, streaming/watching HD videos, listening to music and on the rare occasion using music editing software.
My budget is £500 or below.
