I don't need to be verified do I? And by verified by there definition is linking your account to a bank account, which I am not able to do. I can still send and recieve money though can't I?

Well, I just went to the send money tab, and my limit is $0.00, so even If I recieved some I wouldn't be able to send anybody anything. But ahh!!! As I was typing this I just figured out it's because I have no money in my account now!! EEekkk, is anybody willing to hand over a few dollars to test this out?

There are different levels of verification and it represents the amount you can send/receive and most importantly withdraw. After you have received certain amounts, they will force you to give up information

if it says you send limit it $0 its because your not verified

its nothing todo with your rank account there not allowed to look how much is in your bank

if there isnt enough the transfer is simply rejected like if you were trying to buy seomthing on your card with no money
