partitioning problem help?

Ok i installed windows on a partition on my friends comp so he wouldn't have to back anything up he could just drag and drop then delete the partition. well it didn't happen like that it let me make the partition and delete the old one but it wont let me extend the volume to take up the unallocated space the order of the partitions is Reserved -> Unallocated -> C drive. could it have to do with the arrangement of the partitions since it will let me extend the reserved (which i didnt do) but could this have to do with it? Also it wont let me make another drive that is usable from the copy of windows 7.

Problem is, the partition that you deleted comes first in the Disk Management, right? If so, I don't know how to fix that yet.
