Partitioned Drive

I partitioned my h/d so that I have Win XP and Win ME. When I startup my PC it takes me to a screen were I can select which OS to start, the default timing for this is 30 seconds before it just starts up on Win XP. But I know this can be changed, as I have seen it done before. Does anyone know how?

It ok thanks. I have fixed the problem, just typed "msconfig" into the run facility.

I know with Windows XP and 98 on the same PC you need to install 98 first but I know 98 has to be on a FAT32 partition and xp on an NTFS right does ME have to be on a FAT32?
