"Pairing" window won't expand

Here's a weird one... When I add on a Bluetooth device, a window will pop up , asking to pair (pair device?). Here's the problem, the window will not expand, preventing me from seeing the two buttons (cancel) (pair). Drag the mouse along the border gives me the arrows to expand, but nothing happens. Makes it impossible to pair and complete the Bluetooth connection

Maybe You can to provide some additional information, such as what the system is, maybe add a screenshot.
It is impossible to figure out what the problem is without any information.
