I've just downloaded PCAlert 4, as soon as it ran it started an alarm telling me
CPU was 129'C
Sys was 128'C
CPU Fan running at 164 rpm
What is going on? It is blasting out a lot of hot air, but i didn't think it was this bad.

HOw long have you been running the PC? Is it really hot to the touch (heatsink, air charge is very warm)? If not, then the software's buggy. Reinstall it or download a newer version.

If you're running this long on the PC and it hasn't shut down on it's own yet or random reboots, then it's probably false reading. Get like an Everst program of Sisoft Sandra to tell you temp. too to compare.
