it's the basic running configuration software for your computer, holding Esc while booting up should get you to them. And if you have never heard of this before, i wouldn't try to mess with anything before you learn more.
It's aslo sometimes the delete key or f2. ya i wouldn't recromened overclocking if you havn't even heard of your BIOS before. read up on it and then come back and ask some questions.
