OverClock

Probally not going to be able since the bios is most likely locked. Download CPU-z and post up your motherboard. Its possible to use a 3rd party in windows program to overclock but your not going to get a high overclock. Maybe just a minor gain but it depends on the motherboard if its compatible with the program.

BIOS is locked.

If he cant figure out that his BIOS are locked, I doubt he will be able to figure out a 3rd party program; even if they make them for a Dell 3000.

if you have an intel chipset, it is IMPOSSIBLE to overclock, even with a program

You mean prebuilt computers, right?

I hope your talking about with prebuilt computers.

Just what I was thinking. Although i'm sure that whats he means because Most prebuilts come with Intel internals.
