All Intel CPUs IIRC have a stated TJMax by Intel. My 3960x for example is 91c.
Older CPUs like my 2600+ runs around 75c full load on the stock cooler because the chip is built on a bigger process and takes a lot more vcore to run.
GPUs can exceed temps over 95c before throttling.
CPUs and GPUs in general are made to withstand a high amount of heat, mobile above that.
