Outlook 2010 upgrade

I have just gone through the pain of upgrading my computer from XP x64 and Outlook 2003 to Windows 7 x64 and Outlook 2010. I have no new emails in my Inbox since last week when I sent the computer away. The only way I can access my latest emails is via WebMail.

I have no idea where to start to solve this problem. Any help would be very gratefully received.
