I'm a blue yonder customer, (cause I live in the south west)... when I lived in the north whilst at uni I had NTL...
Does this mean that my free upgrade to 2MB will finially happen? (really not fussed if it doesn't though!!).
I have an IP based phone service, and it buzzes a lot, (due to poor bandwidth)...
has the company thought of the bandwidth imlpications of giving 2mb to everyone?
or is is 2mb with a four time greater contention ratio??
