Organization of fourms

Tonight I added several sub-fourms under the Programming discussion to encourage additional discussion along a more granular line and to make it easier to find and post topics.

If there are additional subforums that you feel would be useful please post them here. If they add to the general organization and growth of the forum they will be added.
