Online Database of Videos?

I'm with my marketing group right now and we're trying to figure out whether or not it would be wise to make a Girl Scouts commercial for our project due this Friday. The problem is that we don't have enough time or money to put together an actual commercial with our own raw, edited video.

So now my question: Is there an online database where I could type in something like "girl scouts" or "girls playing basketball" or whatever, and find videos that I could use in my editing programs? I don't mean something like Youtube, but rather downloadable mpegs or something. Is there such a thing?

You can d/l from YouTube and convert the FLV file to avi or mpeg. It's going to be crappy quality though, but it can be done.
