i personally would get the AMD one...cuz you can upgrade your 3500+ to a kick-intels-ass FX-55 later, since it uses the same sockets....

the AMD 3500+ is i reality a bit faster than the Pentium 4 one

A better video card (in my opinion) is included in the 2nd

Plus a better sound card too :)

lol go with the first one even though the p4 is ready to be replaced. You get a better hard drive and video card with the first one.

AHHAHAHAHAA, ok ok if the prices are equal, then HAHAHAHAHAHAH because the first one has a freakin 6800 and 2x the HDD space i mean come on

Actually 6800's aren't that much, I've seen them ranging from $260-300. Same with the 9800XT. But you're still right about the hdd space, and the p4ee costs a lot more than the 3500 so if these are the same prices then wow.
