Ok, little project

UH actually you are wrong.

I got it to work.

I just can't get it hooked up to my computer.

Unless I could use a spdif out for subwoofer.

Lets do a bit of math

Lets say your PSU is 30 amps on the 12 volt rail (and if u cut the connector off, i doubt you'd do that to a great PSU.

Thats 360watts of power on that rail. Lets assume the amp is 70% efficent (which would be fairly good for a car amp). Thats only 252 watts of power, maximum.

Well it's setup now.

and it sounds awesome. shakes the whole house.

Just had to take it apart, mom got pissed lol. So I'm moving my workstation somewhere else and hooking it up. I'll post pics or w.e.

It's all disconnected. my mom got pissed like I said.

I will in the next week or so, because I'm moving my workstation to where I can do it.

Thanks man!

You are the only supportive one, lol.

I'll post some pics up. Tomorrow after work I might rearrange everything.

Nope, I found an extra 250W Computer PowerSupply laying around. So we rigged that up to it for power. Then to my home theater on the sub out. The sub out went to the amp vis RCA cables and the subwoofer hooked up to the amp.

It sounded really good.
