The timings on the G.Skill are faster then the OCZ Fatal1ty and comparable to the Platinum. It also runs at a lower voltage. It's good stuff. We run some G.Skill here and never have had a problem with it.

Step it up, then. I would go for Intel, but that's solely because I've never been let down by any of their stuff. AMD does cost less. But you pay for what you get. I'm going to suggest a Q8 or Q9 series quad. the Q6 series doesn't have the 45nm/1333Fsb.

i have 1000, but i still dont want to go all out and push it to like 950 lol

i could use a video card suggestion... im thinking a gtx 260 (216) is that a good idea? its like.... 15 dollars more w/ mail in rebate
