evening folks... stumbled upon this little forum while looking for reminders on how to use command prompts once again (long story). anyhoo, I'm now here and this be my first post into this Photo of the Day thread in an effort to convince others that I can take a photo. the included is from a half iron-man event here late last year. gear and settings are:

any tips how to upload pics to this? the ones i did before are all off on color and such. is there a certain size i should export them to? so they don't get so distorted? or maybe should i just link a url from another host site? -jw thanks!

I use Flickr myself, and I do 1200x800 (or vise versa) on mine, but the exact number depends on your aspect ratio. I'd say anywhere around that size is good.
