OEM vs normal Windows 7

There is a good price on Windows 7 at a local place but it's the OEM version.

How much difference would this make to someone who doesn't know a ton about computers? I am capable of installing windows as I have before, but as for serious technical issues, no.

The only real difference is that you can't transfer the OEM license between computers - on the full one you can a certain number of times (at least this used to be the case.)

Apart from that, it's just fancy packaging

O.k. that is great. I only have one computer and don't plan to buy another one for a couple years at least.
