Observium

Hi everyone ,I am an engineer who is new to Observium and am currently facing issues with adding a device . Does anyone know how to add an HP Aruba Switch 6000 on observium . I have tried adding new communities ,trap receivers and possibly everything I can currently think off right now and yet unable to add just this switch . Could anyone advice on the same .

You have to make sure the same account you're using for reporting has the same permissions to pull logs on the networking devices. It should be the same user accout and password and everything.
