Nvidia Graphic Driver Problem

Hello,
I have a big problem with my Nvidia GeForce graphic driver. It all started after full HDD format and installation of Windows 8.1 on my Asus laptop (with integrated and nvidia card). Driver seemed to work fine but i couldn't open Nvidia Control Panel, therefore I was unable to start any application with Nvidia GPU. Then I noticed something else. In Device Manager the card was shut down because of Code43 error. I've tried everything I could find online to fix it:
-Reinstallation
-Older Driver Installation
-Installation via GeForce Experience
-Uninstalling from device manager
-Display Driver Uninstaller and then clean installation
-Some it-shamanism I've found
-Finally upgrade to Windows 10
-Then again all the steps
And yet nothing has worked. It goes on for so long that I'm beginning to be desperate to find solution. It keeps me from gaming and working with programs such as Inventor.
If anyone knows how to deal with this problem, please help me.

What model is your laptop?

Did you install both the Intel and nVidia drivers?

Bro, you have a easy method to fix this problem. make a full format your computer and install windows 10 ! definitely , every thing will be good. sure !
