Im thinking about picking an old lap top up, like old "Hackers" the movie style, and since the majority of them come with like 266mhz cpu's i was wondering if you can up grade them with a regular desktop cpu, or if there are some kind of "only notebook" cpus. I think there are notebook specific cpus, so my question is if i get an old notebook, will i be able to upgrade the cpu, and if so, does anyone know of a site that sells notebook cpus.
