Not A Valid Computer

Hi there,
I was wondering if any one can help me with this, every time i try to reboot my computer i get a message come up saying (NOT A VALID COMPUTER) has any1 got any ideas how to get round this.
Evan when i use the installation discs and floopy i still get the same message!!!!!

Make sure the motherboard supports the processor.The RAM, is a problem he need to make sure the kind he gets will fit his RAM slots, Certaint ypes don;t work for certain mother boards.Tell him to look here. http://www.tigerdirect.com They have a good list of computer parts that he can look at and try to find, they give info on them and a good description, Nice place to buy things from, as well I beleive pcworld or shop...not sure.
 
Please explain how you got here ? If it's on a 2nd PC "you" have then transfer your learning there.
