Norton issue

Norton ahs a firewall. Well THIS IS THE ONLY ACCOUNT ON THIS COMPUTER! So I go to delete it. But it says I can't. So I try to log in so I can't cause I don't remember the password. I really really really don't want to be forced to reformat my computer cause of this program just so I can play a game.
